TAE KWON DO

 TAE KWON DO is from Korea, it is one of  the most  death sport that use foot and arm to attack the enemy, it’s not for pride but it’s for protect our selves from danger like murderer ,thief etc.
In tae kwon do we’ll learn about fight, not only attack but also defense that use arm and foot, if we train regularly we can move our body easy like walk. for control our power, breath  is very important to up the energy, we save our energy for fight so we can get many probability to win.tae kwon do can make our body feel light, actually it can happen because we train to jump and kick as high as possible, our foot also be strong and we can prove it.
In fact this sport also can make us taller than before, also can protect us from sick, because we always use all of part in our body to move and move, to kick and kick, to jump and jump, so we will feel fresh.
Tae kwon do has many levels, for level one is white belt, in white belt we will learn about the simple thing than must taekwondoin (people that join tae kwon do) have. Next, in level two is “yellow  belt” and “yellow and green line belt” is learned how we can control our power to protect our selves. For the next level, in level three we have “green belt” and “green and blue line belt” is learned about fight that not only fight, but we also can protect our selves. in level four we have “blue belt” and “blue and red line belt”, for this level we must know what will we do if we are in danger, we must can control our mind and be calm to fight with the enemy. The next is level five that have “red belt” and “red and black line belt”, actually this level is high level, it’s not only fight but we must can fight for the truth. And the last level is “black belt”, people that have taken this belt will be a master of tae kwon do and will teach other people how to be a good people.
