My opinion about CherryBelle and Girl's Generation

Last week,my friend showed me a video about cherrybelle,which is known as girlband in indonesia,and that video was from a channel in korea. That video showed that CherryBelle was a plagiarist of korean girlband,Girl's Generation.

We know that Girl's Generation has 9 member in group and Cherrybelle does too.I dont care with the number of member in group,but their style and their song which is said same by other people. I know that CherryBelle has same style as girl generation,but a song of cherrybelle is almost same with girl's generation.
if you listen song best friend by cherrybelle then listen song kissing you by girl's generation,you will hear like that song same in refrain part.

But I think Cherrybelle cant be known as plagiarist,because a singer can be known as plagiarist if his/her song has same with other song almost all of part in the song. So i think a new singer in indonesia can learn from this problem. not only to be famous singer so they copy other singer style or song,but also they should keep their image and show their quality on public.
