My Hometown

I born in Nganjuk,which is a small city in east java. Nganjuk is under wilis mountain. My hometown is famous as windy city because u can feel wind everyday.

Nganjuk has some tourism place for example sedudo waterfall,roro kuning waterfall n margotresno cave. Sedudo Waterfall is famous place in nganjuk. its located in Ngliman village,sawahan,nganjuk. some people believe if you wash your face with the water from the waterfall,you will keep youth.

beside that,in rejoso village,you can visit margotresno village. Why is it called Margotresno ? some story said,there was a couple who stayed in that cave to pray. but finally they passed away because they didnt eat while they were praying. some people buried them in a forest near the cave. But the weird thing happend. The graveyard which was 2 before,changed to be 1 graveyard. Some people there believe that their love cannt stop until they die. so people named that cave "Margotresno". its from word "Margo" and "Tresno" in Java dialect. Margo is way and tresno is love. so margotresno is the way of love. if you visit n enter the cave,u will find a forest and u can find the graveyard of that couple.
